Collingwood’s kind gesture for footy fans

Collingwood has come to the rescue of footy fans for its upcoming game against GWS next Friday night in Round 3.

The Magpies are pledging to completely subsidise the reserved seat cost for all remaining GA seats on levels 1 and 3 at Marvel Stadium.

Tickets are just $27, including the normal reserved seat cost. The Pies are saying footy fans can pay the $27 and they will cover the rest.

Further to that, meat pies will be just $3 on the night and mid-strength beers $8 for Friday night footy at Marvel against a good opponent in the Giants.

A really nice gesture from Collingwood as ticket prices start to get out of hand for the regular punter. The Magpies are listening, the AFL is starting to listen as well.
