Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is delighted to announce it has secured a seven-year rights partnership extension with Cricket Australia.

The agreement provides SEN the right to broadcast all Test Cricket, ODI matches, T20 Internationals, and Big Bash matches played in Australia across both Men’s and Women’s cricket until 2030/2031.

The announcement continues SEN’s reputation as the home of cricket on radio in Australia, having broadcast the last 41 consecutive Test matches involving the Australian Men’s Team.

Leading our expert commentary team will be Gerard Whateley, ensuring fans receive top-tier insights and coverage. Further announcements about our full commentary lineup will be made shortly.

“We’re thrilled to announce our seven-year media rights partnership with Cricket Australia,” SEN CEO Craig Hutchison said. “Our audience loves cricket, and we’re excited to bring them every thrilling moment of the game.

“This partnership will see SEN deliver comprehensive cricket coverage, bringing the excitement of cricket to fans across the nation.

SEN Cricket is also delighted to confirm it has reached a long-term agreement with Henley Homes as its joint naming rights partner. Henley Homes and its national brands, including Plantation Homes and Edgewater, have worked with SEN Cricket to connect to fans for many years and helped made possible many overseas and domestic commentary moments for listeners.

We are committed to providing unparalleled access to cricket through our extensive network, including all SEN-owned and operated stations in both metropolitan and regional areas, our DAB+ channels, the SEN App Australia, and the SEN website.

“The strength of the upcoming Test fixtures, featuring two home summers against both India and England, promises to be particularly exciting, ensuring that cricket enthusiasts will have front-row access to these marquee series and many more matches, wherever they are.”

The enhanced SEN Stadium technology in the SEN App will now be available at all venues, allowing fans to listen live at the ground with ball-by-ball coverage, offering an enriched match-day experience.
